My workshop is located in Bielefeld, where I build classical harpsichords based on traditional methods, and also repair keyboard instruments.

After completing my apprenticeship with a piano and harpsichord maker, I worked in a piano workshop specialising in restoration work.
Following this work I spent several years assisting the historical harpsichord maker Christian Fuchs.

I now have my own workshop specialising in the construction of historical harpsichords, built using the traditional plans and techniques of the old masters.

I carefully select the wood before the trees are milled ensuring only the finest timbers are used. Using the finest quality materials, and traditional techniques, I create beautiful sounding instruments and can also restore instruments to their original condition, quality and sound.
